I'm Violeta,the baker,writer and recipe developer behind THE LADY IN JEANS BAKES 
I’m happy to be here-creating and sharing all my creations with you.
I love both cooking and baking but baked goodies are my true love so this blog is entirely dedicated to those that have a sweet tooth.
Here you will find creative recipes that you can recreate at home and everyone will enjoy.

My goal is to develop decadent desserts using less sugar as much as possible without sacrificing  texture or flavor.
Baking is chemistry and requires precision hence all my recipes are posted in grams but you can easily convert them into cups or any type of measurement using the "unit conversion" linked on the home page.

I'm testing every recipe at least twice before publishing it,to be sure it is as tasty as possible and for best result i highly recommend you to follow the recipe closely and measure your ingredients by weight(with a digital scale) not by volume.
